Refund Policy

For shared hosting:
Full refund within first 30 days of usage. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.

For reseller hosting:
Full refund within first 30 days of usage. After 30 days no refunds will be issued. Payment via credit card will be taken on an automated recurring basis.

Discontinuing Hosting Contract:
If you wish to discontinue then you would need to intimate us before your card is charged ie the date of commencement of your hosting contract every month. by sending an email to hosting@dynamicinterweb.com with the subject as 'Hosting Account Cancellation Request' and send us your account login and website name. Be sure and mentioning the reason you would like the refund.

Domain registration :
Domains registration can not be reversed. Hence, No refunds will be issued.

Web certificates :
Web Certificate purchases cannot be reversed. Hence, No refunds will be issued.
